The luxurious amenities offered at this hotel were exceptional. the outstanding service and location made for a perfect experience. the spa lounge and jacuzzi were a highlight and the beauty treatments offered were top-notch.

The lack of in-room breakfast. the continental breakfast in the restaurant more than made up for it.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with major tourist sites and attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities.

The nearby restaurants were not the best, and it was necessary to venture a bit further for better dining options.

The hotel's renovation was stunning, and my upgraded room with a double balcony was a luxurious touch. The comfortable beds and luxurious decor added to the overall ambiance. The concierge's dinner recommendations were spot-on, and the spa was an oasis of relaxation. The pillow menu and the best-ever bathtub were additional highlights. The experience at this hotel truly lived up to the impressive reviews I had read.

The room we were upgraded to had a fine balcony and a luxurious stand-alone bathtub. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in a quiet lane with easy access to top-quality dining and bars. We also enjoyed the state-of-the-art gym and spa facilities. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and fittings was excellent. We stayed close to the three major galleries and the train station that led to Toledo. The restaurant Lobo 8 definitely had some attractive traditional tapas and Madrilenian classics. We enjoyed the healthy juices, too.

Some of the facilities were a little small.

We were kinda surprised upon our arrival at Gran Hotel Ingles. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and personally escorted to our upgraded junior suite. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing us with a comfortable and luxurious stay. We were delighted to find thoughtful touches such as Evian bottles and L'Occitane gifts in our room each evening. The hotel's attention to detail was really good.
